The HIDDEN Back Pain Causes



If you are reading this article, then probably you belong to the group of nearly 80% of people who are suffering from back pain, which is the second most common reason for medical visits in the world. However, you, as the majority of those people, may NOT be aware of the true back pain causes.



It is common knowledge that poor posture usually leads to back pain, and those days you missed work because of your back pain, may be caused by some lifting, bending and twisting…



Those causes of back pain can be categorized in few groups:


  • Genetic disorders (like scoliosis) or acquired disorders (like arthritis)
  • Mechanical causes (fractures, spinal degeneration, sciatica, herniated discs…)
  • Injuries (while lifting, bending and twisting)
  • Rare causes like infection or tumors.

However, those causes are only the visible part of your problem, but the fact is, you need to deal with the underlying HIDDEN causes that make your back problems appear in the first place.

Also too much sitting for long periods of time (at computer, conferences, airplane traveling) restricts the blood  flow  in  your  legs (resulting in a clot)


And too  much  “ bad fat”, too much strain, too little activity, too  little  stress  relief,  too  little  water,  and  too  little stretching, all can  lead  to  low  energy and poor circulation




And poor circulation can lead to muscle soreness, toxin buildup, and back pain.

You can see the pattern here of how these 3 points can interact with each other. You  can  see  how  too  much  of  one  thing  often  trigger  too little  of  something  else - creating one complete  chain  of  too  much and  too  little  resulting  in  energy  and  blood  flow  that  is  too slow, which result in, you guess ... BACK PAIN.



So now, you can be clear why most common approaches for back pain relief DON’T work. They focus strictly on pain without addressing the underlying conditions and there is no long-term improvement.
